We don't have a formal rotation program, but it really depends on which area you go into and what opportunities there are. Communicate your interest with everyone throughout the recruitment process and when you join if you want the opportunity to move around. Some grads have had the opportunity to move around because they've communicated that and made it happen, so even though there isn't a formal rotation, the opportunity is still there.
There have also been some instances where a couple of grads were offered to swap teams for a couple of months, so that may be something you might be able to do if you were interesting in cross-exposure, not necessarily because you're not happy, but because you're interested in other things that we're doing at Leidos.
