Recruitment Process

Affinity Education Group recruitment process:

  • Phone interview (15 minutes)
  • Interview with Centre Manager
  • Pre-employment checks

About you:

  • A passion to develop our little learners
  • Actively studying or hold your Cert III (or above) in Early Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check or are willing to obtain
  • Live the team spirit – winning attitudes, teamwork, cooperation, creating a sense of belonging
