Our 2025 GROW Graduate Program – Finance Stream

BASF are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate to join our GROW program. This 18-month rotation program is designed to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

As a GROW graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects, gain exposure to various areas of the business, and receive guidance and support from experienced professionals. 

In addition, you will undertake professional study of either the Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) program which you will complete as part of the GROW Graduate program and BASF will provide financial support for this.

  • Develop leadership and interpersonal skills through exposure to senior leaders.
  • Apply your skills to meaningful business projects that will drive important change.
  • Possible rotations include: Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service.
  • You’ll also work on a core business project in Sustainability, Diversity and/or Innovation.

Ingredients for Success

We are looking for passionate and driven graduates, with a desire for innovation and driving positive change. We believe that a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset are key to a strong start. You’ll also:

  • Have a degree qualification in Accounting, Commerce/Business or Finance discipline
  • Have a completed degree by December 2024, or have completed no earlier than a year prior to applying (September 2023)
  • Be available for assessment activities between September - November
  • Have unrestricted Australian work rights (permanent resident or citizen)
  • Be able to start in February 2025
  • Have a driver’s licence
