BASF has been active in Australia for over 100 years, and about 60 years in New Zealand. 

Recruitment Process

Grow Graduate Recruitment Process

Our 18-month rotational program provides you the chance to develop excellent business and interpersonal skills, gain exposure to senior leaders, and gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience across different parts of our business.

You will have recently completed or expect to complete tertiary qualifications by the end of 2023 or have completed no earlier than a year prior to applying. You will have a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) discipline or commerce/ business degree and an interest in innovation and working collaboratively to solve the world’s future challenges.

You will complete rotations across a range of business operations and functions to gain a broad understanding of our business in Australia and New Zealand and have the chance to test your capabilities and explore your interests. Previous graduates have had hands-on experience at our agricultural solutions farm, our dispersions lab, HR, sales and marketing.

Your role will be initially based in Melbourne with the potential to visit or work from our various satellite offices and production sites as necessary. BASF will offer you a competitive starting salary, a wide range of benefits and training and development opportunities throughout the program.

Grandparents receive up to five days per year of paid grandparent leave upon the birth or adoption within the immediate family.
