Recruitment Process

  • Application (please include their CV, cover letter, academic transcript, ID etc)
  • Phone interview (you will have an initial phone screen with a team member from people & culture))
  • In-person interview (with the team leader & people & culture,  questions cover your experience, qualifications, values and motivational and cultural fit for the organisation)

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross salary range for graduate and early talent roles ( $77,000 package )
  • Other benefits - KPI bonuses, allowances, loyalty leave, half day Friday's, reward dollars
