Transforming operational chaos into organized operational chaos :) I solve problems. I dig to find concerns/frustrations/inefficiencies amongst both Byrnecut and Client coworkers and systems, listen to their concerns/process so that I may clearly understand them, and work with them to find a way to address their concern/frustration/inefficiency. Once addressed, I encourage them to use me as a resource for future things. They walk away with a better product/process to increase efficiency and decrease frustration while I get a resource to use in the future for solving other opportunities they may identify.

I am a project engineer looking after the numbers. This involves tracking and analysing data on all aspects of the mining cycle. I also work on budgets and forecasts, monthly invoicing and contract management.

My role is Project Engineer. My day to day tasks include: - Data entry - Verifying data - Correcting data to be ready for EOM reporting - Ensuring protocols are being followed - Tracking KPI's and performances - Analysing data - Forecasting - Cost Modelling - Tracking consumable usages - Innovating Spreadsheets - Consulting with clients over various issues - Weekly Planning

Support PM, foreman, and operations with invoice, data capture and validation, daily and weekly reports.

In some points, work coordination is necessary to improve the work's efficiency.

Pretty straight forward and manageable.

My role is mainly looking after my team on site, ensuring we have everything we need to keep performing as a contractor and also helping out the project manager when needed.
