Interview process was good and remains solid.

I got my job through networking at a university event. An Area Manager attended and we exchanged details, later we had a sit down to discuss work out university once I had graduated.

I have always recommended to people studying that networking is key. Go to the extra curricular events - Career Expos etc. as I believe that applying through online channels turns you into a number whereas meeting people in person you get to show your personality.

As much underground time as possible before project engineering is a big help. Scheduling experience is a big help as well.
