8.4 rating for Training, based on 8 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
Training initially was self-paced and self-learning the different processes. I only had training from one person on site (the project manager) who also had their role to focus on. Recently, there have been some more focused training sessions which have been helpful.

Day one where I was starting my UG time, comparing BAPL to another company where I conducted my practical experience for University, the level of inductions and prior training was exceptional. Upon moving into the project engineering role I was given time in Head Office where I received personal training and guidance on the upcoming role. Without this I would have struggled to conduct my responsibilities as this gave me a personal contact to email when unsure about something. I use this person for guidance still and this was 2 years ago.
