My favourite thing about carsales has always been the culture. From being an intern and now a graduate, I have a great appreciation for how well suited carsales are for juniors. The best way to grow and improve your skills is to step outside your comfort zone and to be challenged but for it to be successful you also need to feel supported. Carsales provides the challenge and encouragement as well as the support along the way. They have done a superb job of hiring people that fit the culture, every time I work with someone new I am always shocked by how supportive, genuine and passionate these people are. These people are what have taught me to love being challenged. Fear of failure is non-existent here; if we fail, we learn from it and take those learnings with us to create success. We also love our Friday lunches, lunchtime running groups or HIIT on the oval.

Very flexible. Managers are always very nice and trust you to do your work, meaning they won't micromanage you, recognizing talent and recognizing that work/life balance is key is something that I've seen as well, i.e. people encouraging others not to overwork as to prevent burnout.
