Formal training programs throughout the year and opportunities to sit with your manager and talk about what areas you'd like to develop and how - then actually do it.

There are a lot of opportunities to spend time each week on training/learning, we have a training budget of about $350 a year. They always encourage us to go to workshops and conferences throughout the year during the work week. We also often have specialists come in form external for specific training.
