We are expanding and looking to build our team with an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Specialist who shares our values.

Location: Fantastic city office located close to Central Station in the Brisbane CBD. City views from the office and lunch room, a great coffee shop downstairs.

After working through our trainee program which has been tailored to give you the best understanding of recruitment, people, and our industry, you will work within a high-performing team and provide support to our account management leaders, ensuring the organisation attracts, selects and maintains communication with the best talent to deliver our business strategy.

About You

The successful candidate will likely be:

• Customer service focused
• University graduate (Business/HR preferred not essential)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Technology savvy
• Committed to the team
• Coachable and a quick learner

The part you're looking for

• $55-65,000+super salary
• Monday-Friday 8.00 am-5.00 pm. Early Friday finish
• Brisbane-CBD office, sit-stand desks, great lunch room, open plan
• Commissions after 3 months (no threshold or cap to reach)
• No extra hours required, flexibility for appointments and personal life
• Young dynamic culture, lots of banter and discussion, good team collaboration and support
• Day off on your birthday and there's always cake!
• Direct access to team leads, account manager, and managing director, hands-on leadership team without being micromanagers
• WFH Fridays once out of the trainee program, however, the majority of staff choose to work from the office full time
