The office location is very handy. it is in the city and close to many public transport options. The building is nice and comfortable. In terms of dress-code, it is generally a business-casual style, with casual Fridays. We will wear corporate attire for important meetings and client visits.

Recruitment

Recruitment
We had to go through cognitive games as the first stage, followed by a video interview which we talked about ourselves. The final stage is the assessment centre where applicants are grouped into teams and given a task to see how well we work together. Questions ranged from my experience and studies to what inspired me to apply for Fordham. There were also questions about my achievements and challenges I have faced. Come with questions prepared and research the organisation, so you can relate your interview answers to Fordham.
