team is helpful & accommodating in COVID difficult to socialise in person so mostly teams

Hard-working and focused in the office, but relaxed social individuals outside of work for the most part. Structure features a VP that leads a team with multiple managers, who are responsible for assistant managers and analyts. Social events are organised reasonably frequently and beyond the standard roster (christmas etc.)

Pretty good amongst the whole hierarchy

The company culture is very friendly and supportive. Colleagues are available for a chat at any notice and are happy to help new starts get settled.

Its a very open door kind of work place where you can go speak with anyone you want and ask questions
