Very directive & fast decision to assess me

An introductory interview with Recruitment/HR, then team member in a similar position to the one applied for, then an interview with a manager in that team.

Really smooth and informative

The overall process went smoothly. There were some time zone issues with a person available from Recruitment but she was very responsive - she also sat in a different country which made communication times a little tough.

I went through 3 rounds of the hiring process which were all different. Some stage were in person interviews and other stages were assignment/task based to gauge the different aspects and skill sets of prospects.

Extremely supportive and responsive Recruitment team/HR. I did not come across any other Recruitment/HR of any company that were as involved as them. It seemed like they actually cared about the fact that I have a good experience throughout the recruitment processes.

Gain a knowledge of key issues of the business, many of which are publicly available. Attempt to speak to someone currently working in the area you're applying.

Do the STAR practice and some technical research.
