Could offer more supports to new grads

Being a new grad, I was set up with a mentor that I was having video calls with monthly which was very helpful for my development. Otherwise, it is very helpful to have a HCA OT with me as she is more experienced especially with pressure care and different device options e.g. wheelchairs

each new grad is allocated to a senior therapist who becomes their mentor. Very thorough training, with a check-list with all necessary areas to cover within a 3 month period.
