How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I work 38 hours a week (based on my contract). But it is made easy for me to pick up more if wanted. I have a lot of say in when I want to work these hours, as long as it is reasonable and discussed with supervisors.

very flexible - start time anything between 7:30am and 9am - and leave once you complete your allocated hours.
