Culture at Hudson

9.3
9.3 rating for Culture, based on 6 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Great energy and helpful management, plenty of opportunities to put your points across, evolving and great training and development initiatives.

Company culture is good, still very corporate and it won't ever be able to shake it because that's the nature of recruiting, but pretty good compared to others. Maybe too focused on the numbers sometimes.

My team is still building, with only 3 of us in our team and roughly 20 in the wider office. We have regular company events, catch-ups, team lunches and there are always opportunities to meet up outside of work. Our wider NZ team has an amazing culture as well, with personalities meshing well and supportive check-ins across both locations.

Lots of socialising and events held amongst colleagues even in different parts of the business, great chance to learn about other people in the office and the business better.

The culture is great. It is such a supportive environment. As its an open layout, there is the ability to see and talk to everyone in the office. Managers sit with the rest of the team so everybody is extremely accessible. We are encouraged to work as a team, so can ask for advice and assistance whenever we need it. Its healthy competition, but its never nasty. I love that every birthday is acknowledged or celebrated, as are achievements. After hours, we are often doing team dinners whether its for work or a special occasion. Its really lovely.
