IQPC Offer;

Uncapped earning potential - IQPC offers a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission. In sales, you can earn OTE $100k in your first year. 

Training - IQPC is world-renowned for its continual training. Over your first 8 weeks, you will be given the training needed to get started and build out your first proposals in the market however it doesn't stop there. They believe in constant training and upskilling, with weekly/monthly sessions across the entire company.

New positions are advertised internally, and they provide a Management Development Programme (MDP) for their aspiring leaders, alongside continuous training, and personal development programmes

Recruitment Process

At IQPC you do not need experience to be successful in the hiring process. You need passion, the willingness to learn and be driven to succeed. 

Unlike some graduate roles where it can be a 5 step process we have a simple and quick recruitment method and are clear communicators with feedback.

  1. Apply online or send your cv to trish.tyler@iqpc.com.au
  2. Successful applicants from resume screen will receive a phone screen (we need to be the best fit for you as much as the other way around).
  3. If they agree you are a good match for each other you will progress to an initial ZOOM meeting with the Hiring manager and Director of Talent
  4. If successful they will give you a project related to your role (this give you an opportunity to see what your day-to-day would look like and them an idea of your starting point…..There is no Pass or Fail).
  5. Last stage of the interview process is to present your project in person to the Hiring Manager and they will answer any further questions you have.
  6. NEXT Offer.

Salaries range depending on the role and level of experience. We have opportunities in;

IQPC promote from within and how quickly you climb the ladder is completely up to you. 

IQPC have a hybrid work place with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
