Informal training is a highlight. There is always constant learning opportunities. Formal training has been less regular than expected, however, has been very valuable. Negotiation training, systems training and agile work, has been apart of the formal training.

On the job training is great, sign offs encourage the knowledge of people to be successful and is a good route to know who is trained and who is not. Skills regarding communication have been developed throughout experience and working with others encourages new ways to learn and develop. Degreed can be a bit tedious, but good when in conjunction with practical applications ie. Aerosols red book and induction go well together.
