LGBTQ+ at WSP Australia

VIBE is the LGBTQ+ network of WSP employees. Vibe works with the business to develop an inclusive environment that enables LGBTQ+ staff to thrive.

WSP has an inclusive culture where a diverse collection of people are valued, respected, and have access to opportunities and resources. Their contributions and perspectives add to our ability to understand and deliver for our clients. From this ethos came Visibility and Inclusion in the Built Environment (VIBE).

Vibe works with the WSP business to develop an inclusive environment to enable LGBT+ staff at WSP to reach their full potential and feel comfortable at work.

VIBE is the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and other sexual and gender minorities network of WSP employees.

The network is open to all WSP employees in Australia, including the LGBT+ community and those who are not, but have an interest in LGBT+ issues.

VIBE provides a platform for members to influence the culture and raise awareness and acceptance.
