Recruitment Process

What’s next? Typically, our hiring process is pretty straightforward. Here’s what you can expect.

Step 1. Submit an application​

Step 2. Let's have a chat
We know that you’re so much more than your CV. If your application is
accepted to progress, you’ll get a call from our Talent & Engagement Team to learn more about what makes you unique.

Step 3. First interview 
We know — interviews can be daunting! It helps sometimes to know
what to expect: we’ll ask some questions about experience, technical knowledge, and behaviour. It’s also a great chance for you to ask us some questions too.

Step 4.  Meet and greet
You’ll meet with other members of the team and Division. Think about all the burning questions you’ve got about us, the opportunity, as well as your needs and expectations.

Step 5. Job offer and background checks​
This is the exciting part! You’ve got the job. We’ll send you a job offer, discuss start dates and do some basic background checks.

Step 6. First day
Time for you to get ready to join the Lifeblood team. We’ll be in touch to help you set up and prepare before your journey with us begins.
