Lifeblood Pride is an employee-led community providing support, education and advice to recognise, respect and include sexuality and gender diverse people at Lifeblood.

We foster an inclusive workplace to improve wellbeing, increase engagement and productivity, and improve career satisfaction. Sexuality and gender diverse team members have always been part of Lifeblood community, we have a responsibility to make our workplace a more inclusive space for people from diverse backgrounds.
