Our Recruitment Process

  1. Application - Upon receiving your application, expect to receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
  2. Screening - If your skills and qualifications match the role you applied against, you will receive an update from the Talent Acquisition team. 
  3. Interview - You will be scheduled for an interview if you are shortlisted. The number of interviews will vary depending on the role and level you are applying for.
  4. Offer - If you are deemed as a great fit for the role, you will be offered the role at Ciena and will be provided with instructions on next steps.
