- To ensure firm-wide understanding Kearney conducts cultural diversity knowledge sessions. These sessions are conducted by an employee with a specific culture to teach employees about the meaning behind certain holidays, cultural practices, and cultural history to create a better understanding of firm wind and again promote a culture of inclusivity and respect for cultural differences.

- Kearney has further created several cultural networks that employees can join. The networks can then organise events for the employees to join to reinforce inclusivity, knowledge sharing, respect and understanding across Kearney.
