The company culture is very good at each site. There are friendly people within the office who are happy to socialise during and after work hours. It makes coming to work a lot easier with you have great people around you.

No culture, too big to cultivate any, no team building, no team activities. just online presentations from top down doesn't spread a good feeling

In the office, everyone is supportive and consistently offer assistance or advice whenever it might be needed. This friendliness absolutely extends into after-hours. People stress the importance of a work-life balance consistently.

Ventia tries hard to foster a culture of "family" through work events. Goes a little overboard with the merchandise. However, all staff are very friendly, willing to work to achieve common goal.

My one year experience with my work colleagues from Adelaide, Wollongong and Palmerston North (New Zealand) have been very positive. Work colleagues are helpful and willing to mentor graduates and newcomers. The colleagues are very keen in getting involved in mentoring Graduate's career. The company work culture can be professional and casual depending on the situation. Colleagues can sometimes go out for coffee or lunch, just to develop positive work culture.

Our company's culture is good, with everyone in the office getting along and creating a friendly environment. One of the benefits of working on our floor is that we have several executive team members with offices on our level, so they are often walking around and interacting with people, particularly in my team.

It's very diverse community and very comforting to speak to people in higher positions.
