Each office is very different within the company. Some are very corporate, whilst some are quite small and intimate. However, each has a life of their own, and each contract manager does their best to create a fun and involved environment within each. The North Sydney Office has an incredible view from the lunchroom that overlooks the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Again, depending on the office the dress code can vary but typically is business/business-casual.

My office is spacious, decent kitchen area, good coffee machines. The location is not ideal, it's in a factory-like district so parking is minimal/non-existent unless you used the expensive parking facilities. Dress code is smart-casual unless you wear the branded merchandise (in which case you can wear a Ventia t-shirt).

Company's office space, location and facilities depend on the nature. Some offices are big , brand new and modern. Others can be small, old and a bit run downed. Heavy industries requires a stricter uniform policy like Hi-Vis and PPE. Office environment has a laid-back dress code. You can wear office wears, to office uniform or smart casual dress code.

Our main office in Sydney is located in North Sydney and has three floors. Each floor has a kitchenette and there's a larger kitchen on the middle floor with a view of the harbour. The dress code is professional during the week, and casual on Friday's, and people are encouraged to wear company branded tshirts/polos/hoodies
