Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders at Visagio

Visagio began its RAP journey in 2021 as part of a broader commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the company and Australia's professional services industry.

We are proud of our multicultural roots and believe in continuing to foster a culture where all Visagians are welcomed, included, and encouraged to be their best selves.

We acknowledge, however, that we have much to learn and work to do internally and in terms of external engagement.

As part of our reconciliation commitment, we set several targets and deliverables to support our reconciliation journey. Our encouraging and fruitful conversations with First Nations peoples have highlighted that this content needs to be informed and sit within a more extensive, longer-term process of constructive and meaningful relationship-building with First Nations communities. We are confident that reconciliation is a step forward in creating a workplace environment that is a culturally safe place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We recognise that relationship-building with First Nations communities requires honesty, vulnerability, reflection, and change at the individual and organisational levels.

It is a necessary journey, and we are committed to it.
