Performance evaluation cycles occur every 6 months, with an opportunity for promotion.

We held some events to donate to charities and less privileged people. There are also projects to analyze carbon emission and how to reduce it.

I would say this is one of the strongest points of Visagio. We have a very collaborative and friendly culture during work hours, which leads to a lot of consultants hanging out together after hours, or even plannning trips together. Visagio is a very flat organisation, so much so you would rarely know which level (positon) a certain consultant is, the role you will play in a project is way more based on how you will add value to that scope of work, rather than how many years you have been in the company.

Visagio's metrics are above market average and it is an active objective of this semester to focus more on that. We even started a new internal group to discuss specifically diversity topics.

As a technical consultant, I work on technical projects understanding the user needs, working together with the client to design solution that will meet those needs and implementing it.

Managers are approachable and friendly. Each team member is allocated a manager as a mentor. My mentor provides great performance feedback.

The pay is higher than most companies for recent graduates and bonuses will come after your probation period ends. A lot of project celebrations, cake in the office every month and many internal events with food and drinks

We have Univisagio, platform and classes that we have full trails or classes focused in teaching the consultants specific skills that are trendy in the market or and/or are required for their daily work.

I usually work a typical 40 hours but put in extra when I need to. They have been very flexible with hours so far, as long as the work gets done and is of high quality. I haven't felt any pressure to put in meaningless hours or work more than is healthy.

Visagio created a carbon neutral program to reduce the carbon emission of the company.
