Application Process & Interviews at Visagio

There is an online test, an assessment center and the individual interviews with a partner and a consultant.

Online test (gmat style) > assessment centre (like a case study night) > interview

Fairly quick. Need to do an extremely hard online test and score reasonably well to be invited to the interview. Once you get an interview the process is quick.

We start if a GMAT like test, where top candidates move to an assessment centre to solve and present a business case. Best candidates then move to the final phase which are the interviews

The interview process was fine. An online assessment is annoying, but they gave good instructions on how to do well, so it was fine. The interview was fine nice, but not overly memorable. It was great how communicative they were and once the ball got rolling the process was quick!

The questions focus on the interviewee's ability to think on their feet and their cultural fit

Behavioral + Technical in one interview.

They asked about some business cases, asked a few riddles, and a few get-to-know-you questions. It was fine

Fear is the enemy of progress. Just go for it!

Prepare for unexpected questions and don't lie in your CV because they know.
